Often, I find myself consumed by the anxiety that daily life brings. I do as much as look years into my future to reprimand myself for my current abilities; everyday, being more and more cruel to myself for what has been and what has yet to come, as opposed to enjoying what is in the now. Sometimes, I need to clear my mind and take solace in the moment.
